Our Green Leaf Promise
All hallman/lindsay products that carry Our Green Leaf Promise meet LEED and industry standards for environmentally responsible coatings. LEED certification means that certain "green building" standards are met, such as energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.

Buying Locally Saves Fuel and Reduces CO2 Emissions
hallman/lindsay paints are formulated and manufactured at our plant in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. By purchasing paint that is made locally, you protect the environment by avoiding unnecessary fossil fuel consumption used in transporting paint across the country.

Eco Friendly Manufacturing
In 1997, hallman/lindsay built a state of the art manufacturing facility in Sun Prairie, WI. Our plant has a very small environmental footprint. We recycle virtually all of our wash water and utilize the most efficient production process possible. Our chemists are constantly researching ways to make our paint more environmentally friendly, while maintaining its superior performance. Because of our size, we can implement these changes more rapidly than our national competitors.

Zero Crystalline Silica
hallman/lindsay coatings contain no Crystalline Silica, a common ingredient in many latex paints. Crystalline Silica may cause health problems when inhaled, so hallman/lindsay is committed to never using Crystalline Silica in our paint instead using high performing substitute ingredients.
